Seladore Volunteer Consultants use their management, business, technical and professional expertise to provide professional pro bono consulting for not-for-profit organisations in SSA. You’ll bring your knowledge and experience into the community, work hand-in-hand with clients and provide practical and innovative solutions for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience and extensive knowledge and skills in one of the thematic areas (strategic planning, governance, hr, coaching, volunteer management, finance, marketing, fundraising or it)
Individuals with 2+ years professional and relevant experience may apply to be a seladore intern
Ability to dedicate a minimum of 7 hours a week
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with planning, problem-solving, providing advice and guidance.
Strong passion to influence change and growth
